The Coach Realtors story began with a friendship founded during WWII. In 1954, that friendship carried into a business partnership. 70 years later, Coach Realtors has become a brokerage at the very top of the industry and respected by all. Throughout the decades we have grown together, nurtured our brand with care and thought, and provided exceptional real estate service to our ever-growing list of satisfied clients.
Today, we are led by Whitney and Robert LaCosta and LP Finn who bring experience, finesse, strong leadership and a deep commitment to their agents, their community and the people who are drawn to live on Long Island.

In 2023, Coach Realtors joined forces with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the #1 family owned real estate brokerage in the United States. Established in 1957 by Howard and Anne Freyvogel Hanna, with a single office in Pittsburgh, Pa., Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has more than 480 offices, 15,000 sales associates and staff and closing over $40B in homes in 2022.
Our Heritage
The Howard Hanna footprint spans 13 states but it hasn’t always been this large. We’ve spent generations growing our business with careful thought. Today, our Howard Hanna family of over 15,000 agents continues to grow strong.
